Replacing your system

When it’s time to upgrade your air conditioning system, we can handle the entire job from start to finish. We:

Decommission your old system
Dispose of the old materials that are no longer required
Install your brand new unit(s)

ESSENTIAL SERVICE

Maintenance

Maintaining your air conditioning system is essential in healthcare environments to keep the place sterile and healthy for your patients.

But safety isn’t the only reason for ongoing maintenance. A thorough service will increase the lifespan of your unit, reduce your running costs and prevent leaks.

A service from us includes:

Testing for refrigerant leaks on each condenser circuit
Checking compressors for smooth operation
Checking safety controls for safety and settings
Thoroughly cleaning the filters
Flushing out the drain lines
Inspecting the water pump (if fitted)
Preparing written service report and, if contracted to, updating customers F-gas log books
